Community Mental Health Affiliates, Inc., (CMHA) is a regional community-based behavioral health care provider dedicated to improving the quality of life for adults, adolescents and children with mental illness and addictions in central and northwest Connecticut.

How Your Dollars Can Help

• $1500 supports a full course of counseling for an individual or family
• $  500 can provide financial coaching to adults in recovery
• $  250 can help a parent and child recover from domestic violence
• $  150 supports one session of therapy for an individual or family

The value of what we do is evident everyday in the neighborhoods, communities and towns served by CMHA. It is seen on a child's face when they perform better in school; it is felt by the family that we have helped persevere through difficult emotional and financial times; and it is measured by the successful treatment and recovery of hundreds of our friends and neighbors who struggle with mental health and substance abuse issues.
